- PARTNERED with Milw. Sheriff Dept., Dept. of Corrections, and are affiliated with Milw. Health Department.
- APPROVED to use Title IV funds for programs from the Department of Public Instruction.
- SECURED OFFICE SPACE in the YWCA, Woman’s Incubator Business Initiative.
2007 Accomplishments
- Provided education to 1,300 students and 400 adults
- Completed strategic and fund development plans
- Continue board development and training
- Hired a Program Coordinator position in March 2007
- Expanded the donors of 10-34 Wisconsin
- Held an event to formally introduce 10-34 to the community on March 1, 2007
- Completed our first audit, 990, and received training from Reilly, Penner and Benton for weekly, monthly, and annual accounting needs
- Purchase computer equipment, software, and printer
- Partnered with local agencies who have adopted the 10-34 vision and participate on the 10-34 Wisconsin Industry Professional Committee
